Space Systems Engineering & Technology Consultancy
Weturnthecomplexityofspaceintoaprogrammeyoucanexecute.
Subject-matter expertise across the full chain — conceptualisation, design, engineering, manufacturing and launch — for national agencies, commercial space entities, manufacturers and founders building their first flight hardware.
- Founded by ex-ISRO scientists
- 8 service lines, concept to launch
- Global engineers & strategists
Space programmes rarely fail in orbit. They fail at the interfaces.
Between the requirement and the design. Between the design and the supplier. Between what a vendor quoted and what the mission actually needs. Between an ambitious specification and a manufacturing line that has never built to space tolerances.
These are the gaps where schedules slip, budgets inflate and qualification campaigns fail — and they are gaps that a procurement portal or a project management tool will never close on its own.
The Space Consultants works at exactly those interfaces: translating mission intent into buildable engineering, and translating engineering into hardware that arrives on time, at the right cost, and to specification.
Why The Space Consultants
Engineering judgement from people who have already built it.
Built on flight heritage
Our founders spent their careers inside ISRO's Space Applications Centre, developing optical instruments and qualifying components for national missions. The advice you get is shaped by hardware that had no option but to work.
Engineering, not slideware
A recommendation is only useful if somebody can build it. We stay engaged through design reviews, vendor qualification and test campaigns rather than handing over a report and leaving.
Independent by design
We are not a reseller and we hold no supplier relationships that need protecting. When we tell you a component is wrong for your mission, that is the only reason we are telling you.
Science & supply chain
Deep payload and optical systems expertise sits alongside real component design, sourcing and manufacturing experience. Very few teams hold both ends of that problem at once.
About Us
Turning the complexities of space exploration into opportunities.
Who are we: Ex-ISRO and professionals from the space industry with an access to a pool of Space Engineers, scientists, and strategists with experience working on national and international space missions from across the globe.
As pioneers in space systems engineering and technology, we are committed to advancing space technology, promoting sustainability, and fostering collaboration across industries. Join us as we help shape a future where space is accessible, profitable, and beneficial for all.
Methodology
Four stages, and we stay for all four.
- 01
Understand
We start with the mission, not the shopping list. What is the objective, what are the real constraints, what has already been decided, and what is still open.
- 02
Define
We convert intent into engineering language: requirements, budgets, interfaces and acceptance criteria that a supplier can bid against and a reviewer can hold you to.
- 03
Prove
Feasibility, compatibility and reliability analysis before commitment. It is far cheaper to find a problem in an analysis than in a qualification campaign.
- 04
Realise
Design, source, negotiate, build, test. We stay accountable through vendor qualification and delivery, so the engineering that was promised is the engineering that arrives.
Services
Consultancy that carries through to execution.
Eight service lines spanning conceptualisation, design, engineering, manufacturing and launch — delivered individually or as an end-to-end programme engagement.
Who We Work With
